You can pay for your products with any major credit/debit card or a Paypal account. We use Paypal to process your payment which is 100% secure. All prices shown are in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling). If you use another currency then your transaction will be converted. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to complete your transaction.
Product Choice
We highly recommend that you know for sure what you want such as colours, texture and length before you place your order with us. If you are not sure about the colours, texture and length, please contact us, we are always happy to assist you. Please browse the site and feel free to contact us for further information. If you are still unsure of the colour you require you may send us a small strand of your hair so that we may assist in your colour matching. Alternatively you can use our FREE sample service.

Shipping Information
We ship our products internationally and postage and packaging is FREE with all orders. Please note we dispatch goods Monday to Friday and do not have a postal collection on Saturdays. Any orders placed between Friday pm and Sunday pm will be shipped on the Monday. There will be no shipping on Bank Holidays.
The Seller’s policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary depending on stock availability.
All orders typically take between 2-5 working days and requires a signature so please make sure you get your items delivered to an address where the will be somebody available to sign for your goods. If there is no one available, your deliveryman will leave a card and you may have to make separate arrangements for delivery.
Please allow sufficient time for overseas orders to arrive at their destination.
Orders are shipped via Recorded Delivery. Payment must be made prior to dispatch of all goods.
